Our Story

Flip Development began as a passion for interior design. We quickly discovered that a beautifully renovated old house does more than increase its value – it gives a family a place to build memories.

Every abandoned gem in Kuala Lumpur’s prime areas represents a missed opportunity. We saw the waste, the urban decay, and believed we could turn it around. Today, we revive these neglected properties, transforming ‘nothing’ into something extraordinary.

Our mission is simple: make designer‑renovated homes easily achievable, while breathing new life into the communities we love.

Project 711 – Terasek, Bangsar

A multi-level terrace home transformed into a modern oriental zen sanctuary.

Built-up of approx. 2,600 sq ft across two stories, Project 711 uses split levels on both the ground and upper floors to define distinct living zones. What was once a run-down, chopped-up house is now a calm, flowing space where every level has a clear purpose. Different heights and platforms are used to create spacious living areas without losing the home’s intimate feel.

Design focus: smart use of split levels to expand perceived space and enhance daily living.
