Co‑Investment & Consultancy

For private investors only – by invitation. This model allows selected partners to participate in our property flips. You can either purchase an old property (or use one you already own), and we handle the full renovation, marketing, and sale, sharing the profit; or co‑invest with us in a new acquisition, with clear terms and risk controls.

From signing agreements to sale, our typical project timeline is within 18 months – and so far, every project has completed ahead of this target.

Interior Design Arm - Mubi Studio

Our design studio creates residential interiors that are both beautiful and livable. We work with homeowners, developers, and investors. Services include concept development, space planning, 3D visualisation, material selection, and project coordination.

Our Interior Design Arm is at full capacity for 2026 and is not accepting new enquiries for projects starting before 2027. We focus exclusively on high-end, whole-house transformations.

Boutique Development (Upcoming)

We identify undervalued landed properties in prime areas, renovate them to the highest standard, and sell them to discerning buyers. Current focus: Bangsar high‑end landed homes. Expanding to Bukit Damansara, and eventually mid‑end neighbourhoods (Sri Petaling, OUG, Lucky Garden, Old Klang Road) to make designer‑renovated homes accessible to more Malaysians.
